REFURBISHMENTS
If your estate needs a little sprucing up, our team can perform a complete top to bottom refurbishment of the entire house, both inside and out. M & E SURVEYS
Mechanical and electrical surveys are incredibly important to help check the condition and working order of all aspects of your home behind-the-scenes, providing you with a detailed report of all electrics, air conditioning comfort cooling, heating and plumbing and drainage. This survey will help us to identify and fix any potential problems before they become just that.

COMPLIANCE TESTING
We undertake portable appliance tests (PAT) for you, and we're able to provide Landlord's Certification. Hughes Estates aims to provide peace of mind, whether that's through periodic inspections or fixed wiring maintenance. Not only that, but we're also able to perform pre-tenancy checks to ensure your estate complies with the necessary safety regulations.
